Year 5 and 6 travelled to Tossa de Mar this summer for an action-packed week of water sports and outdoor fun. The trip provided a perfect balance of fun and learning. In their cabins, they took on new responsibilities, showing great independence as they prepared for each day’s activities.
The boys had the chance to try a wide range of water sports, starting with kayaking through calm waters. One of the highlights of the trip was the banana boat ride, which had everyone laughing as they sped across the sea. Snorkelling was another exciting activity, where the boys explored the underwater world and observed sea life up close. They also got a taste of scuba diving, with a beginner’s session that introduced them to the basics of the sport. A trip to a water slide park was a highlight for many of the pupils.
In addition to the water-based activities, the trip included a variety of land-based challenges. The boys played beach games, participated in team-building exercises and tested their courage on a zip line that stretched across a canyon. They also had a go at archery and climbing, which gave them the chance to develop new skills.
The trip was a fantastic experience, combining adventure and personal growth. The boys not only had fun but also strengthened friendships and created memories that will stay with them for years to come.
