When did you join the RGS: September 2016

What’s the best thing about the RGS? The friendliness and support of colleagues and students.  It is a real community.

What excites you most about coming into work each day? The variety – rarely having a moment to spare and  skipping from one fun activity to another.

If you could change your name to anything, what would it be? Alice (think Vicar of Dibley)

If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be? A javelin, with a fixed elbow so that I could throw it properly again

What luxury would you have on a desert island? A piano…and a hot water bottle for cold evenings!

What food will you absolutely not, under any circumstances, eat? It took me three attempts to eat part of a tarantula leg in Cambodia; anything that scuttles doesn’t seem that appetising

If you could be any cartoon character who would you be? Tigger

What’s your life philosophy/motto in life? Keep smiling!
