When did you join the RGS? September 2009

What’s the best thing about the RGS? Getting to work alongside some inspirational colleagues, and some very talented pupils.

What excites you most about coming into work each day? I’m very lucky to work in a fantastic department that is part of a school where music is respected and taken seriously.

What luxury would you have on a desert island? Excellent Wi-Fi and my Spotify account.

What would your autobiography be entitled? Don’t Play it Again, Sam

What food will you absolutely not, under any circumstances, eat? Avocado – I just don’t get it!

If you could be any cartoon character who would you be? Scooby Doo

What’s your life philosophy/motto in life? Forsan et haec olim meminisse iuvabit, (literally translated as ‘perhaps it will be pleasing to have remembered these things one day’). This was my school motto, and it is one that is full of hope.
